King Lear

King Lear, one of Shakespeare’s greatest tragedies, follows an aging monarch who decides to divide his kingdom among his three daughters based on their declarations of love. Deceived by flattery, Lear disowns his honest daughter, Cordelia, and soon faces betrayal, madness, and loss at the hands of those he trusted most.

A powerful exploration of pride, loyalty, and the human condition, King Lear reveals the devastating consequences of
blindness—both literal and emotional—in a world where truth is often hidden behind appearances.
